The fourth book of scientific comments on the Constitution of the Republic of Latvia Chapter III “President” and Chapter IV – “Cabinet of Ministers” was officially opened in Riga Castle in May 31, 2017. Lawyers of the bureau Annija Karklina and Janis Karklins are authors and co-authors of several scientific comments on the Constitution of the Republic of Latvia.
In internationally renowned publishing house “Springer” has published book “The Law of the Baltic States” of which chapter “Contract Law and Non-contractual Obligations” has jointly written by associated professor J. Karklins and professor K. Torgans.
