Three office colleagues gave oath to become associate sworn attorneys
On December 18, 2018, three office colleagues gave oath to become associate sworn attorneys – Eriks Kreslins, Kristaps Zakis and Kristens Vorslavs. The Attorneys at Law, Janis Karklins, Erlens Kalnins and Annija Karklina, respectively, became patrons of associate sworn attorneys. In accordance with Section 4 of the Advocacy Law an associate to an attorney shall be regarded as an advocate, a person belonging to the judicial system and shall be independent in his professional activity and subject only to the law.
